As expected with this dealership our bogo promotion for a free oil change did not appear on the record. When asked why Earl said they are not doing these anymore. I said why would someone call me to inform m free oil change did not appear on the record. When asked why Earl said they are not doing these anymore. The only reason why the 2 stars were given was for the employee who greeted us and was very nice and the employee who perform the oil change. It was a very basic visit. Oil change only. They didn’t even do a basic wash on my Jeep. When I climbed in there was plastic wrap everywhere and they didn’t tell me how to reset the oil feature so had to g even do a basic wash on my Jeep.
