I Had a terrible experience with the Sherman dealership in Skokie. It's truly disappointing that I had such a terrible time dealing with them. It's unacceptable that a vehicle I purchased a year and a half in Skokie. It's truly disappointing that I had such a terrible time dealing with them. It's unacceptable that a vehicle I purchased a year and a half ago from them has been giving me so many problems and has required multiple repairs in such a short period of time. The fact that the dealership returned my vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it is completely inexcusable. It's even more outrageous that they expect me to foot the bill for the additional damages when the car is supposed to be covered by a 3-year warranty. This kind of behavior is not only dishonest but also a clear betrayal of their responsibility to provide you with a reliable and safe vehicle. It's clear from my experience that this dealership cannot be trusted, and it's deeply concerning that they have been so negligent and unprofessional in handling my concerns. Customers should be able to rely on dealerships to provide them with quality products and stand behind their warranties, but it seems that Sherman dealership in Skokie has failed to do so in my case. It's essential that potential customers are aware of my experience and steer clear of this dealership to avoid falling victim to their deceitful and unethical business practices.
