Happy with my Experience I had a lease car I had to return, that I didn't lease from Sherman. I tend to think I'm always being taken, but I don't think I was in this case. My gut tells me I maybe could've gotten a slightly better deal, maybe not, but I do think I ended up with a fair deal, which is all you can ask for. More

Recall appt 7:00 am appointment and then was told it would take 4 hours, should be ready by 11 am. I wish they had told me so that I could have bought some work 7:00 am appointment and then was told it would take 4 hours, should be ready by 11 am. I wish they had told me so that I could have bought some work or made arrangements for a ride home. I finally found someone to pick me up and bring me back. Did not hear from anyone, returned to the dealership at 1:30 pm and was told it was not ready, it would be another hour. Got a call at 3:00 pm it was ready. Discussion by phone of other work needed. I told service writer i needed the list and estimate to discuss with my husband. Okay get there pick up my car, no list got my paper work and left. Fustrated because it took all day, what was the point of a 7 am appointment. I work from home and being better informed I could have planned better. But still not prepare to spend 10 hours when was told it would take 4 hours. Also found a small ding on my car door and it was not there before. 2010 Dodge Chlallenger with 59xx miles only. I would recommend the dealership but prep the individual on what questions to ask to plan there day accordingly. Better communication when scheduling an appointment for planning. I work from home so I missed out on work hours that I need to make up. Had I been better informed I could worked around it. Cecilai Morales More
