Disappointed On December 27, 2018, my husband and I traded 2 of our cars with this dealership (Mitsubishi Outlander and Lancer) and purchased a brand new 2019 Chry On December 27, 2018, my husband and I traded 2 of our cars with this dealership (Mitsubishi Outlander and Lancer) and purchased a brand new 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. I have never been so disappointed with a service from a dealership before. This is by far the worst! As first time Chrysler buyers and being our first time with this dealership, they have made a very bad impression with us already. The first experience was when their team made a mistake on our loan documents. Then something went wrong with the vehicle (engine/emissions warning light was on) and I called the dealership regarding this matter. The service center told us to drop the car off and I did. Come to find out after 7 hours that they could not fix the car because they did not have the parts. We had to wait for 2 weeks to get the parts in. So, I dropped the vehicle in again, to note that I had to go out of my way and missing hours from work to do this, just to be disappointed again because they said they have to call Chrysler and wait for their response. We had to wait for 3 days for it so we got the car again. Last week was the breaking point for me. I had to drop our van again, hoping that this is the last time! I do not understand how a dealership like this can not provide a loaner car or yet have a service vehicle available to drop their customers off at a reasonable location while their vehicle is being serviced! They have seemed to have made every excuse to not accommodate my needs, saying that no loaner vehicle was available, and no one was available to drop me off to my job! When I called after 6 hours they said that the car was not done yet and they are not sure if I can get it that day or after a day. I told them I will file a formal complaint. Then after 2 hours they said I can get my vehicle and it’s done. So I am thinking, what if I didn’t react that way? Maybe it will take another day for them to finish it. You best believe after this experience I will not be purchasing another vehicle from your dealership and definitely not referring anyone. They could not even care to think how much of a hassle it is for us to do this. I work full time and have 2 young kids at home, my husband works full time as well overnight! I have had to drop the vehicle 3 times to this dealership and have had to take lyft/uber to get to work and back home without any offer to reimbursement me. Then my husband has to get up from his sleep so he can drive my mother in laws car to the dealership so we can pick up the vehicle. I was very much disappointed. More
Poor customer service, false advertising The salesman that we worked with (MIchael) wasted a lot of time driving us to "the lot" to checkout a vehicle that he could not even find. He would not look us in the eye and other than our first handshake, we never shook hands on a deal or were congratulated. Seems like management is not training the sales team and just telling them "go...sell!". The website showed an MSRP price around $35,000 with up to a $12,000 reduction based on rebates. We qualified for certain rebates, but some of them conflicted with others, so the website is giving false advertising since no one could ever achieve all the rebates. Overall, the car sales process is broken, but we felt dissatisfied and taken advantage of when we left with our vehicle. NOT a good experience. Time for management to do some training and provide more of a customer service feel vs. just take-take-take. More

Not terrible. But not good Car was stuck in 4x4. Needed a new motor in the transfer case. Replaced one tie rod end, had to do the other one . Cleaners broke the hood when they w Car was stuck in 4x4. Needed a new motor in the transfer case. Replaced one tie rod end, had to do the other one . Cleaners broke the hood when they were cleaning the car. Wouldn’t shut close. Few more underlying issues. Description of what the car had wasn’t even close to what was entailed on the website. Car was more then likely doctored up when we took it on a test drive. Told me to come back to get the hood fixed. Left my car for the day. Then said it would be 360$ to fix a simple latch. The one manager, Abe, was a total clown and just sucked as a person. Would not recommend this place. Only thing keeping me from reviewing it one star was the salesman Andy. More
