Worst experience Went in for routine service work. I did not get a call when my car was finished so I called myself and the service was completed 2hrs before I called. Went in for routine service work. I did not get a call when my car was finished so I called myself and the service was completed 2hrs before I called. When I went to pick up my car, the paperwork was missing. It was “laying on a desk” per the cashier. The tag number did not match my car so another persons car was almost given to me. Apparently that was funny to the Director sitting behind the desk. She did nothing to resolve the situation and contradicted herself saying the car was inside when it was outside the whole time. If the tag did not match my car, how can I verify the work was actually done? Poor customer service on her end. It wasn’t until Tom, the manager tried to resolve the situation and offered to come in on his day off to check the cameras. I received a call today and all I can do is trust by his word that he saw the work was completed. Very disappointed in the overall experience at this location. Would rather take the extra time to drive to the Glen where I can feel comfortable that my car is in good hands. I still want to Thank Tom for his follow up. I hope this location gets better due to its convenience for me. More

Not fixed Your told one thing then everything changes once the process starts. I came multiple time for the same problem because it was not fixed. The last time Your told one thing then everything changes once the process starts. I came multiple time for the same problem because it was not fixed. The last time I brought my car in for service my old car was never fixed so after 7 hours I left with a different car. Hopefully I have no problems with this car. More
