New Car - Great. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM We traded in a 2012 Suburban truck and bought a brand new Charger. No problem and love the car. Went back a week later and though I knew the Blue Book Value was priced a little on the high side, it had extremely low mileage (2006 Cadillac SUV with 63K miles). Tried to inspect it the best I could from the ground and didn't see anything that caught my attention. Carfax was completely clean. After six months, we finally had to take it for brakes (normal stuff) and my mechanic called me back to the shop to show me something. The entire undercarriage is rusted through and the frame is almost rusted through and broken through on the passenger's side. I am still in shock. I was willing to pay a little more because of the low mileage, but now what I have a 10K loan on a car that may not make it through the loan. My daughter fell in love with the car and now I have figure out what to do. I want Sherman to explain to me how they inspected this car on trade-in and put this on their lot. I got the whole story about how a little old couple owned it and they didn't drive for year. I can't for the love of God then figure out why the underside of this car is so rusted. I am beyond furious and would not recommend purchasing any used car from this dealership until someone tells what I'm supposed to do now. They can put it on their hoist and tell me how this rusted so badly when we took it home, had it undercoated (I will deal with them later), and this car stayed in a heated garage this winter? Yes, a warm garage for protection. With the condition of the car, how is this Cadillac SUV ever going to make it through another winter like we just had? I was willing to pay for a used car I thought we'd have about 10 years. Now I'm so mad at myself that I didn't take this car to my mechanic before I purchased it. We purchased it in Sept and it is now May. This vehicle rusting didn't happen that quickly and a frame no less. I have pictures just to document at this point in time how badly I was deceived. The mileage was 63K when we got it. It is now 65K. Not like we took the car on a trip around the world. More

Poor Experience I just purchased a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee from this dealership and it couldn’t of been less professional. My sales consultant, Joe, what is the only bright spot in the transaction. In looking for any concession on the Internet price, I was asked to believe that the dealership had bought the vehicle at auction for $800 more than their Listing price. Negotiations in general were a headache. I had someone from the Internet sales department texting and emailing me that we could not negotiate a price without being at the dealership (big red flag) even though I live an hour and a half away. I wanted to make certain before I invested my time to travel there that we had a agreed-upon price. Fortunately the sales consultant understood that and made every effort to do so. In the end the only way the dealership would offer a concession on the vehicle is if I financed it. I simply wanted to walk in, pay cash, and leave. They weren’t motivated by that type of customer. I ultimately chose to move forward with the transaction and asked my sales rep to have all the paperwork ready so that after I arrived with my wife and kids late on a Friday evening, we could move quickly, and my family could get back on the road headed home. Unfortunately this dealership wasn’t capable of that either. In the end it took almost an hour and a half for this dealership to process paperwork for a cash buyer with no trade-in. I would honestly pay more if I had to do it all over again just to purchase this vehicle from a professional dealership. Buyer beware. More

Great Service I rolled in at 8 am on a Saturday morning to have a few things done to my Grand Cherokee that I'd been putting off. I had a recall notice I'd received months ago, a tire with low pressure, and was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I was relieved that the service department was able to get my vehicle in right away and based on the technicians recommendation I also had my brake fluid flushed. All that took a little over 2 hours, which I felt was really fast, I honestly expected to be there twice as long. If there is one thing that needs improvement, it's the waiting area. The furniture is nice and there is plenty of it, but there isn't bottled water, which I did later find in the showroom, and the vending machines do not accept credit cards. I hadn't eaten that morning and was a little bit hungry, but only had large bills and plastic, so I didn't end up getting anything. Also, they provide you with a coupon for a free wash when the service is complete. I've been to other dealers that run your car through the wash for you, I'm not sure why they opt not to do that, it would be a nice perk for customers who have already been waiting to have a freshly washed car to drive out in. Overall I was very satisfied with the level of service I received and will definitely return in the future. More
