A cliche of a boiler room car dealership Called the internet sales of the dealership to confirm a price advertised. Was told that was the price. I asked about the Jeep celebration $500 and Called the internet sales of the dealership to confirm a price advertised. Was told that was the price. I asked about the Jeep celebration $500 and was told that it would apply. Drove an hour to see car and price was nowhere near advertised priced. Not a bait and switch...more of a bait and try to hard sell you once you get there. Everything is a cliche...from the boiler room feel of the sales floor..about 15 salesman huddling around the counter to the 90s decor of the dealership. Salesman was aggressive from the moment we got out of the car in the parking lot. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever. When I asked questions about car, it was an eye roll with every answer. When faced with price difference, they made it as if we were the crazy persons. No way possible for anyone to qualify for enough incentive to even get close to the price. You would have to be an ex-military, currently a realtor with both good and bad credits, haves leased a car before, financing it, with affliction with realtor professional group, who previously owned a Ford Explorer or Honda, that also happen to live within a ‘Midwest Business Center’. Even adding up all the incentive, you are no where near advertised price. Stay away. I have had better experience with just about any other dealerships in the area. More

Our new VW Tiguan I found this vehicle online and the price seemed too good to be true. One previous owner, low miles; just what we were looking for. Luckily, Sherman Dodge in Skokie, IL was open and I made the 3.5 hour drive from Fort Wayne, IN to take a look at this vehicle. Perfect inside and out to suit our needs. Everything from the panoramic sun roof to the leather seats. Deciding this was the right car for us as a family, we jumped on the deal. Joe Vicario went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the vehicle (both before and after us taking it back home). I had issues with my bank not allowing the down payment to come out of my account for a couple days and Joe helped tremendously to get this taken care of by keeping me informed with updates. We as a family are incredibly pleased with our new purchase with the help from Joe at Sherman Dodge. More
