Threatened by phone Bought car a month ago and I received a sales call. Told sales person we may stop by. I got 15 phone calls next day threatening to repossess car. Called back and was told I either come in to redu my financing or we would be in default. I had to come sign papers or drop off my keys. Had to be done today.I had plans for Saturday. I did speak to a second manager and rescheduled for monday and said coworker is a jerk. Reason they want me to come back in is because they over priced my extended warranty and bank refusing lone. Also contacted bank to verify. They do shady business here. Will never come back. Stay away. More

Bad experience. Still dont have our new car 9 days later. Our salesman found us the perfect car. But it took a long time in finance because our personal check was not acceptable. We were driven to a bank to get a cashiers check but were still held up several hours which was totally rediculous. Then we couldnt actually get the car because it had a broken window, which fortunately we noticed because they didnt tell us that. We waited around more. They told us to take the car and come back two days later and they would give us a brand new exactly the same car. When we went back, there was no new car. They offered to fix ours then, but told us to leave it. No loaner was offered. We have been without a car for days with no word on the repair. Finally we called and the part is back ordered till the end of July. Finally a loaner was offered. Lots of headaches so far and I am worried about going forward. Do we have a lemon? Can I trust the dealership? I dont know. More

When it hot it's hot My ac was working but the passenger side was pushing heat, the air mix actuator had failed. Seemed the best place to take it was the dealer.
