Customer service goes over their head. You do not feel important to them. I had an 8:00 appointment for a 2 hour service and got my truck back after 4:30. Called service and claimed they were having issues down loading the program so they put my truck outside and worked on someone else’s. I don’t think that is the way it should work if you schedule an appointment a week in advance. Service never called me I had to call 3 times after asking for call backs with updates. More
