My car isn’t fixed and I haven’t received a call. I’ve called and asked when a loaner would be available since my part is there. No call back. Would be nice to have it fixed. It looked as if the day was very busy but Eric didn’t let that slow him down from tending to needs and he did it respectfully as if he was pleased I was there.
