Very unorganized. We had two vehicles in for service at the same time, a 2500 Denali and an Escalade and neither service was satisfactory. No two people knew what w We had two vehicles in for service at the same time, a 2500 Denali and an Escalade and neither service was satisfactory. No two people knew what was happening with the service tickets. From the time we took the truck in for service until we picked it up, it was nothing but a mess. From over charging on Oil to doing an oil change when they were suppose to be repairing the engine, nothing went right. With the Escalade, this was the 3rd service call for the same issue. The first 2 service calls, the service department reported there was nothing wrong that they could find. On the 3rd service call, they finally decided it was the transfer case. Unfortunately by the time of the 3rd service call, the warranty was out so We had to pay the service bill. NOT HAPPY. Stone was helpful in making sure we were refunded for the over charge on the oil and making sure we were not charged for the oil change. We will not be back. We recently purchased a new 2500 Denali Ultimate and I will be trading my Escalade but not with Sherman Chevrolet. More
