My team at Sherman Chevrolet busted their butts getting my car car back into running order. Stone my adviser and Justin Doss Service manager went what I consider "Above and Beyond" to help in every way to my car car back into running order. Stone my adviser and Justin Doss Service manager went what I consider "Above and Beyond" to help in every way to get everything done. I don't know the mechanic's name but he took great care and time to make sure everything was working and save. They understood what it takes to chase down parts and kept me informed day to day about what was going on. You will not find a better group of people. First time taking my vehicle there for an oil change. my Tahoe ended up with a very deep scratch on the side. They took responsibility and fixed it with no charge, so I appreciate that. However, I never heard from a manager, even though I called numerous times asking for an update when it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. The service clerk, Frank, was very kind and responsive, however he had to defer to the manager to get any information. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, but it was tiny and not convenient for my needs. They said they would upgrade it if I didn’t like it, but they never did let me trade it out. In the end, I was satisfied with them correcting their mistake/accident, but the customer service from management was non-existent. I typically like to give my business to local dealerships, but I will likely drive to McKinney for future service needs. More
