Sales and service departments are great. Justin and Eric in service are wonderful. Rachel is the one you want to talk to in sales. Service was a 2. 5 hour job, they had my car for 30 hours. Dropped vehicle off at 8:30 am and they didnt even start on it until the next day mid morning. That was with 5 hour job, they had my car for 30 hours. Dropped vehicle off at 8:30 am and they didnt even start on it until the next day mid morning. That was with an appointment and they even had the part in hand. Ridiculous!! More

Disgusting experience. The inventory was a mess, no customer parking. I knew exactly what I wanted but after 3 hours of getting nowhere, I decided to move on. I believe that I was an easy customer with great credit and plenty of money to put down and didn't even want to negotiate the price. I knew that the online price was a good deal, but they hit me with over $3000 in dealer adds that weren't disclosed on the website. My salesperson was great. Very informative and efficient, but the overall visit consisted of a really unprofessional atmosphere as I sat there listening to conversations at the main desk. Pretty obvious to me that there's a serious lack of leadership and no serious intentions to complete a sale. I came up from Dallas but ended up going another 5 miles or so and found a better deal with no ridiculous adds. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. More
