I always have a good experience with Sherman Chevrolet Service Center. Their customer service is great. Bret was really awesome at helping me determine what maintenance I needed for my vehicle based on mi Service Center. Their customer service is great. Bret was really awesome at helping me determine what maintenance I needed for my vehicle based on mileage and past maintenance appointments, rather than just signing me up for a cookie cutter service package. I do wish their software calculated a more accurate quote based on service selection. My total ended up being about $200 more than quoted. Also, the process for dropping a vehicle off is just a little awkward. I'm never sure if I'm supposed to go in or just wait in my car. Signage might be nice. More

Service was excellent! Francisco took good care of me. The only recommendation I could make was that make sure that there's enough coffee in the waiting room because I came Francisco took good care of me.
