Chad Luther greeted us at the front door. He was very friendly and personable. We told him we were looking for a new Prius. He showed us several and we found one that we liked. I was very impressed with that because other dealers insist on the salesman going along. We liked the car and made an offer and we came to an agreement. Due to us having to leave because of commitments, we came back another day to have our car cleaned. Afterwards he reviewed how things worked on the car and answered all our questions we had. He arranged for us to take the car to get leather seats put in and checked on some accessories we were considering.. He even helped us get our bluetooth working on our car and said to call him if we needed any thing. Never did he seem in any kind of hurry or rush. I will highly recommend Chad Luther to our family and friends. More
