Scott was extremely friendly and helpful. If he didn't know something, he would find the information and get back to us...promptly. We had been looking at the Rav4 for months and were thinking of trading in our Honda Civic for something a little bigger but still with decent gas milage. We traded in the Civic for what we thought was a very reasonable price and decided to try leasing for the first time with the Rav4. Pete was very friendly and professional and helped us to reach this decision for our family. We were very pleased with the experience and will definitely shop at Shelor Toyota in the future. Overall experience very good. Patsy Williams was great to work with. Some confustion over finance rates from Toyota. Finance person was RUDE to Insurance Agency personnel calling to get lien info for insuran work with. Some confustion over finance rates from Toyota. Finance person was RUDE to Insurance Agency personnel calling to get lien info for insurance coverage. Often times, finance department doesn't return phone calls jeopardizing insurance coverage on vehicle with financing lien. Appreciated not having to wait 3 hours in finance department like last time. Tradein was greatly undervalued. Appreciated getting a vehicle on current order list customized to our needs since there were so few Camry Hybrid in stock. Kudos to the manager who did this. Like the overall design of 2012 Camry especially interior,exterior design reduced driver visibilty considerably,cloth seats should not come with cloth armrests. Toyota needs to provide better options package so BSM and rear cameras are included in a safety package without all the high end electronic that Toyota average age customer does not want. Moonroofs are vastly overrated and overpriced. Leather interior also vastly overpriced. Did not like the TOYOTA CAMRY OPTIONS PACKAGES AT ALL. Dealership needs to work on providing more complete information on how all the electronic for lights, audio, USB and automated door locks work. There are so many configurations and models and complexity with higher end models especially. Someone specially trained in the area for your dealership would be very helpful. We experienced problems with lighting,locking,audio and USB. Customer orientation on equipment on the new vehicle oriented toward the buying customer configuration and options with all the complexity of electronics would be very helpful.
