My experience at Shelor Toyota & Scion was a wonderful experience. This was my first time purchasing a car. I went to the dealership, having a general idea of what I was looking for, and Mr. Sco wonderful experience. This was my first time purchasing a car. I went to the dealership, having a general idea of what I was looking for, and Mr. Scott Poff was very helpful to explain the differences and benefits between the cars of which I was looking. He kindly rode with me as I test drove both vehicles. He made me feel comfortable to ask questions, was very professional, and made this entire process understandable and easy for me. He was patient and took the time to explain details, which as a first-time buyer, is extremely important. After I decided which car I wanted, he worked the price to get all incentives and manageable payments for my budget. Upon going to the finance center, Mr. Poff took me on a tour of the facilities of where I can get my vehicle serviced and other buildings/dealerships owned by Shelor. It was helpful as I needed to take in some additional information the next day and knew exactly where to go. Since my purchase, I have received a follow-up call from Mr. Poff asking how my new car was doing and checking to see if I had any questions. This was very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, more specifically Mr. Scott Poff, to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Corey was extremely helpful in finding the EXACT truck I wanted. I had placed an order with a dealership in Charlotte, NC and they could not secure a truck for me, they actually lost three, and it seemed th wanted. Thats when I contacted Corey. He found the truck in one day and had it delivered within the week. He went over all the details with me over the phone because I live 2 hours away. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was clean and in the showroom. That made me feel special. He described all the bells and whistles and even programmed my phone for the hands free device.
