We had a very kind and knowledgeable Saleswoman. Today was the worst service I have ever received. I was basically, accused of embezzlement from my company because the service guy was incompetent and unable to comprehend how to process a PO, or wi I was basically, accused of embezzlement from my company because the service guy was incompetent and unable to comprehend how to process a PO, or willing to put in any effort into finding out what information he needed from me to process the order. He instead continued to text me all day saying he couldn’t get in contact with my PO person, note they were off today but never was I asked to reschedule, or offered any other alternative, just that he couldn’t get a hold of them and they weren’t going to do the work. When entering the facility to pick up my vehicle, the guy at the desk I had been dealing with immediately saw me and said I will be with you in a second and then walked away where he proceeded into the managers office to discuss about me. He then came out explain that they could do the work because the PO guy wouldn't answer the phone, because he was on PTO. I was never told I needed his approval. I bring out the PO paper I had and said this is it and is what was given to me to give to you, note I perviously emailed this same document to this employee hours before. When I said fine, give me my vehicle, cancel my order I will go somewhere else the response was “well we stock that item anyways so yeah”. Then the manager came out of his office and said we aren't doing this and with an aggressive tone and demeanor continued to say that he has never done business like this and that since the PO guy wouldn’t answer the phone he wasn't doing any work but he didn't know me from adam. I said I dont know what you want me to do, I have been calling him all day as well. I realized at this point they thought I was embezzling because they said, well its your person vehicle. And we dont know if you work there, while I had my badge on and I had sent them an email from my work email earlier that day. No one ever asking why it was my personal vehicle getting worked on, it was due to damages that happened at work, and I had chosen them to have my work completed there. The manager then walked me to my car trying to defend his employee only later to actually take the time to ask if I worker there and what i did and what actually happened to the vehicle. After sitting here writing this down, several issues occurred that I will not be using Shelor again and will tell everyone this: It was assumed that I was there to try and obtain a repair by falsely giving them a PO order because they have never seen it done this way. I was never offered an alternative solution to this issue, even though I asked several times who else can I get to call you or do something to have it approved throughout the day, the response to that was well it may help, anything will help. I was never offered to reschedule or even asked what was going on or how I got to this point an assumption was made and nothing I did was going to convince them otherwise. More
