I have brought my car here for a few years now but have felt like the customer service has declined over the past year or 2. They could really improve the customer service by ensuring that customers are greeted promptly, giving accurate time frames for service, and being able to explain extraneous service fees. At my last visit, both I and the employee checking me out were confused on why I had a tire recycling fee and a tire disposal fee. This could be perfectly normal, but the guy wasn’t able to explain it and at that point I wasn’t willing to wait around any longer to try to get a straight answer. Like I said, nice place overall but could benefit from better employee training all around with the customer service staff and clear communication with customers. More
