Recently I brought my car into the body shop and once again the service was excellent. It is always stressful after an accident however Sheehy made the experience as stress free as possibly, They worke again the service was excellent. Could not tell the vehicle was ever in an accident. All employees were professional. The body shop Manager Erica was extremely helpful and made sure all work was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Hopefully you don’t need a body shop but if you do I would highly recommend using Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. More

I want to take a moment and review Mike Zeller and Sheehy Gaithersburg. I ordered a maverick almost a year ago. During that time, Mike Zeller has contacted me no less than 2 times a month, even when he had Gaithersburg. I ordered a maverick almost a year ago. During that time, Mike Zeller has contacted me no less than 2 times a month, even when he had no update. Finally, my Maverick was scheduled. He kept contacting me as dates kept changing. Today-he reached out to say he got partial official notice from Ford that my maverick will be delayed and most likely made into a 2023. He was sincere and upfront. He even stated that he didnt have all the information as he “refused to pass on rumors or unverified information”. His honestly and dedication is exactly why I have not cancelled. I have read stories of other dealers just ignoring customers and that did not happen at Sheehy with Mike Zeller. I can not speak for other sales people there, but I can say that there is no better professional than Mike Z. I will continue to wait and continue to work with Mike Zeller.
