What Others Say

Been working with Nick for quite a few years and the service is always top notch! This last transaction was great as always..highly recommend Nick and Sheehy for any Ford products.

Nick Constantine is super professional and friendly in his job. He made a fair assessment of my old car and helped me trade it in for a new truck. You are the Best, Nick! I fully recommend the dealership and Nick Constantine in particular to anyone.

Derek was great to work with! Communication was excellent, he answered all questions, arranged 2 test drives & very helpful through the entire process.

Nick Constantine is the best! Helped me trade in and buy my new car was super helpful and kind! Would recommend to anyone!

Don’t hope to find any ethical treatment at this dealership. I’ll start by dropping a quote before offering my experience…”Our business is always to sell cars”. Here’s my personal experience: Found a truck online and verified stock, stopped in @ 7:30 on a Friday evening with the family in tow (family schedules are tough) so I could take a look. Liked it and told them so. Told them about the vehicle I’d like to trade but wanted to remain respectful of their time due to proximity to closing. They made a low offer site unseen on the trade, and I told them so. Sales manager says they could probably do better but they’d need to see it (perfectly understandable). They send me a link to upload photos to in the morning. We make it clear we’re interested and head home. Send them the pictures shortly after they open at 9AM. App they had me use bales my trade at 3k more than their sight unseen offer. Immediately get a call from the salesman we met saying it looks good and I think we have a deal. I say, sounds great when do you want me there and what can I send you to get the process rolling. I’m told to come in at 12:30 because he has an 11AM appointment. He also sends me a credit application link and a link to upload my insurance info. Take care of all that by 10:15AM and show pre-approved with excellent credit. Confirm with the salesman at 10:39 to make sure they got it. I’m told he has been busy and their finance people are as well. He’ll get back to me ASAP. Hear nothing and text at 11AM to confirm the 12:30 appointment time I was given is still good, I’m told it’s still good to go. Here comes the fun part. Drive 1.5 hours with the trade vehicle and arrive a little early. I’m told someone is test driving the truck. Now I’m upset and ask to talk to the sales manager. He reveals the truck has actually sold and that the person buying it came in at 10:45. I ask why they sold it if I was given an appointment to buy it, and why as the bare minimum human courtesy I wasn’t told before hand to save me a 3 hour round trip. Why get a ding on my credit report and fill out everything I was given if they were just going to ignore that and sell the truck to someone else and let me drive all that way on purpose. I was told that I was trying to make them feel ashamed but that “our business is always to sell cars”. Told that they made me an offer the night before and I didn’t take it (despite it being low and their suggestion to send the pictures and bring it in). The whole interaction wasn’t just poor business ethics or poor human ethics, but just a total lack of basic decency. To disregard someone else’s time and effort so completely is indeed shameful. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I have been coming to this dealership for over 25 years. Some employees that helped me on my first ford are still there. I will definitely recommend this dealership they are the best!!
