I bought and service my 2008 Taurus at the Sheehy Ford Dealership - Gaithersburg, MD, and I've had only positive experiences with the Ford team; their Sales and Service Representatives are absolutely the Dealership - Gaithersburg, MD, and I've had only positive experiences with the Ford team; their Sales and Service Representatives are absolutely the best... and the friendliest I might add. Being female and single, I need to keep my vehicles running and in good condition. So when I want to get things done right THE FIRST TIME, Sheehy Ford is my #1 stop. I'm so confident that I'm getting the very best service, I even service my 1999 Ford Escort at this dealership...something many wouldn't do because of the age of the car. But my confidence in the service is what keeps me coming back. And yes...both of my cars (the 2008 and the 1999) are running like new!!! More

I went in for an SYNC upgrade, and did not realize it was time f expectations for quality service and outstanding service and sales professionals. I went in for an SYNC upgrade, and did not realize it was time for an oil change. If Kyle had not reviewed my file, I would not have known. He was able to fit me into the schedule (as I did not have an appointment for service) and my car was ready in no time at all! We've been nothing but satisfied with the way we were treated, the fair price on our vehicles and overall experience. There is a reason why they are still around while other Ford dealers have disappeared throughout the area. We also routinely have our cars serviced there and also the body shop is top notch. On two separate occasions we've our vehicles in there for some minor dent and paint repair. They came back to us in a timely fashion and looking as good as new. More
I can't say enough about the sales service I received from this individual! I had been looking for that first perfect car for my 16 year old son. Our search took us all over NOVA - only to be disappoi from this individual! I had been looking for that first perfect car for my 16 year old son. Our search took us all over NOVA - only to be disappointed each time we saw the cars. We found this car online and I inquired about it. I wanted to know the exact condition of the car. Jason got in touch with me immediately - he even video taped the car and had it on UTUBE - it was an awesome way to view it without traveling the great distance. We finally traveled the 1 3/4 hr route one evening to see the car - in hopes of purchasing it. We arrived later than expected and Jason was very understanding and extremely courteous. Not only was he able to sell us the car - at a great price, but we were able to work it out so that we drove the car home that evening. He and a coworker stayed way past closing - helping us get through the deal. I believe the public is unaware of the long hours put in by these individuals (my father sold cars for over 20 years) and to stay later than expected after already putting in 8 - 10 hours is above and beyond the call of duty. My son is extremely happy with this purchase and I would definitely consider buying from Sheehy again! More

Specifically, Rafael was one of the most professional salesman I've met. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Cory Belcher did a fantastic job getting me what I needed on my two trade-in vehicles even though I had some negative equity in one of the vehicles. He was still able to make it work in my favor. And Kim from finance was a blast to work with. She made it such a fun experience and was very knowledgeable about all things related to finance. She even took special care of me because I am prior military, to include a nice show of gratitude for my service to our country. All three of them made me feel like a special customer and they all even stayed long past the closing hours to ensure my deal was closed properly and successfully. My experience at this Ford Dealership was one of the best I've ever had. No hassle, no pressure and a very fun, enjoyable experience. I wish I could say the same for the two Northern Virginia Dealerships that I visited prior to making my way up to Maryland to visit Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. Keep up the great work guys and gals. I have always bought my vehicles from Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg. I have always been very satisfied! The service department is what keeps me a loyal Sheehy customer. The recent problem with my Edge was fixed (tailgate door) and I have had no more issues with it. Corey Ray my service advisor, always has a smile on his face and is VERY happy to help me. I have all my oil changes and tire rotations done there as well. I plan on buying my next vehicle from Sheehy but with the service department keeping my Edge in good shape, it might not be for awhile. More
Well let me begin my car broke down on friday afternoon at 3:15pm. I called the dealership Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg and spoke to service advisor Corey Ray. He gave me the number to Mortons towing so I at 3:15pm. I called the dealership Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg and spoke to service advisor Corey Ray. He gave me the number to Mortons towing so I could get the car towed to the dealership. Mortons towing arrived in less then 30 minutes I was blown away. When I arrived at Sheehy Ford, Corey came out to my car and greeted me at my car before it was even off of the tow truck. I told him what had happend and it was like a light bulb went off in his head. Corey ran back inside and got a battery tester and a battery charger. He jump started the car and tested the alternator. It was not charging at the proper amount. Corey and I walked into the service lane and he checked to see if they had an alternator and a battery in stock and both were. I went into the service lounge with a large tv and magazines. Corey came into the service lounge right at 5:00pm. We walked over to the cashier paid my bill $396.00 and he put the battery in for free. I will only go to Sheehy Ford from now on. -CobraMan More
The service was great. I needed to get my oil changes and tires rotated. The service took about 30 minutes and the car was even washed!!!!!! These guys are like a pit crew. A service advisor wrote up my order and got the process going. While waiting for my car I browsed the lot and found a helpfull (not pushy) salesperson that told me about the new Taurus. I got a call on my cell phone letting me know my car was ready. I even got a follow up call to make sure that everything was good the following day. The price of the service was $39.95 well below that of the "quick-lube" places. I would recommend them to anybody. More

I walk into the service department to be helped, and absolutely none of the staff greeted me, said hello, said hold on one minute or anything. I was about one foot in front of them for about 10 minutes before they would even help me. When they finally did, they weren't friendly, didn't say sorry for ignoring you, or anything. Just a functional comment of "what do you need?" Secondly, DISORGANIZED AND LIARS. I came in for a warranty repair on my car that i had scheduled. They told me they didn't have the parts and that they'd call me when the parts arrived. They said it would only be a couple of days. The parts did indeed arrive in a few days but no one called me (as of today its been six weeks later!). When I called to say I never got a call and its been over a month, Mary in service lied about the parts being in stock just to save face over her never calling me. Thirdly, THEY RETURNED THE CAR IN WORSE CONDITION. I went in to have my window tightened, and received it, not only with a still rattling window, but now the door handle doesn't work. More
