I was looking for a specific vehicle and within a few minutes I was test driving the one I wanted. I felt no pressure the entire time I was on the test drive or back at the dealership. Jim took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I decided to purchase the vehicle, and met the finance manager Cindy. She was polite and very friendly and discussed all of our options and any additional warranties and services that applied to my truck. all in all I couldn't ask for a better experience. Excellent! I can't say enough great things about my experience. From start to finish it was great, Sal was excellent and talking for a few minutes with Ed made t I can't say enough great things about my experience. From start to finish it was great, Sal was excellent and talking for a few minutes with Ed made the time there exceptional. Never did I feel rushed, the test drive was as long as I wanted and more. I do not live to close to this location. I passed 2-3 other dealers to get there but it was the right decision and would go back again.
