A great experience – I can say “Car buying was fun!” Going in to the dealer I was reluctant to going through all the typical haggling. Manny and Cindy explained the financing and other options available without high pressure sales tactics to upgrade. A lot of dealers, and other retailers, try to create an "experience" for customers with gimmicks and lip service. Shaker Family Ford gets it and makes buying a car a somewhat enjoyable event through superior customer service, a professional and knowledgeable staff, and treating customers right. More
