Sal went over the whole vehicle with me inside and out and told me to call with any questions at any time. Ed Shaker sat with me and worked on the numbers and made it affordable. New Vehicle purchase/Experience I went to Shaker Ford to look for a new SUV. Not yet sure of what I wanted. I expected to be pressured by a salesperson, so I was prepared. I was pleasantly surprised that is was not at all the case. My husband and I was greeted by a salesman named James Cianciolo and he did not pressure us at all. We test drove 2 vehicles and he provided us with information to make our decision. Every time I contacted him he got right back to me. We decided to purchase a SUV and he and Manny Pinho (finance manager) made the process easy. James went over every feature in the vehicle after the purchase prior to me leaving the dealership so I would have baseline knowledge of my new SUV.
