He took the time to get to know us and put us at ease about the car. He was so friendly and accommodating to us. The day we were coming in to pick up the car we couldn't make it there until an hour after his shift had finished but he never mentioned it. He just smiled and said he would see us then. I only know he waited an hour for us because he gave us his card on our first visit and his hours were listed. He waiting while we were in the finance office and even took the time to help me set up the radio and Bluetooth when again he could have easily just run for the door while we were signing all the paperwork. I look forward to dealing with Shaker for my maintenance and would recommend this dealership and especially Jim when you are looking for your next car. More
