Great Place...Worth A Trip This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Cathy Reed...and making a 400 mile round trip drive to do so. I have a Ford dealership within 3 mile This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Cathy Reed...and making a 400 mile round trip drive to do so. I have a Ford dealership within 3 miles of my house and I'm sure several hundred between my house and Watertown, CT. But, I have never had a more enjoyable experience in purchasing vehicles, so I continue to make this my "home" dealership. Cathy is personable, honest, direct, and overall great to work with. Finance manager Cindy Bugbee was great too. Great place...and a large contrast from many other dealerships where I often feel as though buyer and seller are gaming against each other. More

Exceeded expectations I came in to look at a specific vehicle that I had seen posted online for a very reasonable price. Sal was very easy to talk to and asked if there was anything the car was missing that I had been looking for. I was surprised to find out that a rear camera could be added to the vehicle. Test drive went well, I went home to discuss with my husband. Sal was in touch after I called the next day and communicated with me later through email, even on his day off, and texting, which I found convenient. He was never pressuring and was patient with me many questions. With the option to add the camera, I was sold and we picked it up a week later when it was convenient for us. What really exceeded my expectations came later. When we brought the car home I realized that it did not have keyless entry, something I had taken for granted and should have checked when looking at the car. I emailed Sal about this and he continued to provide the same level of great service even after the sale had been completed. He facilitated the installation of keyless entry for a very reasonable price through the vendor the dealership uses and even made the installation infinitely easier on me by allowing me to hang out at the dealership with my two year old and infant while he took the car back and forth to the vendor, since the dealership has a very kid-friendly space. He also provided a small piece of plastic that had been missing in the car, free of charge, at that point. I'm happy to give Sal and the dealership an excellent rating and would recommend them to friends. More
OUT RIGHT LIED Well we can start with I purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus, the brand I love however this will be the one and only time I deal with this group of decei Well we can start with I purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus, the brand I love however this will be the one and only time I deal with this group of deceitful individuals. First, they tried to get me to pay the $299 fee for glass etching, but the car was originally sold by them and already had the vin etched in all the windows. The sales woman was trying to double dip and get me to pay for a service that had been done prior to me even looking at the car and obviously paid for by the original purchaser. Second, there were a few things that needed to be repaired with the car and they agreed to write me a "WE OWE YOU" document saying they would fix these three things: 1. The TPS sensor was on. 2. The rear deck cover under the back window was missing fabric "replace it". 3. Repair driver side rear taillight due to water in it. When I dropped the car off for service I was told they would not replace the taillight, they would drill a hole in it. I responded this is not an acceptable way to repair a light. When I go back the next day to get my car, the TPS light is off, OK one thing fixed. The rear deck lid fabric, which the paperwork says was replaced, very clearly was NOT replaced. It now has trim and upholstery glue visible because such a horrible repair was done never mind all the paper work saying it was replaced. As for the taillight, I was pulled into the office by Jim, a manager, who knew what my complaint was and immediately started to raise his voice and yell at me that they will not replace it they will only drill a hole in it. After asking him politely to change his tone with me because at this point I had yet to raise my voice or be rude to anyone. I got a round about line of lie after lie from this place saying they would fix things and replace things that they very clearly did not do. I would put a negative star rating but you cannot do that on here so I guess one star it is. They lied and they conducted themselves like children yelling and raising their voice. Who wants to deal with people like this whether it is for a vehicle like my focus that’s on the lower range or for anything else? Their level of professionalism couldn’t be to a lower standard. The bottom line is they will not honor their contract, and lied about service that was done to the car. More
