Above and beyond expectation My 2015 Ford Escape was totaled in a hit and run. Needless to say I was upset and in need of good advice and a new car ASAP. I called Shakers Family My 2015 Ford Escape was totaled in a hit and run. Needless to say I was upset and in need of good advice and a new car ASAP. I called Shakers Family Ford and spoke to my sales rep Cathy Reed and she was able to explain the process to me, provide me with documents I would need to close the claim and helped me to select a new vehicle. She even brought the vehicle down to my store for me to see it. From the time I contacted her on 3-20-17 Monday afternoon around 2:00, I was in a new vehicle at 2:00PM on Wednesday 3-22-17, 48 hours later, I kid you not....48 hours later. Exceptional service and a very caring environment! I love my new Ford! More
