We have been looking to take on new leases to replace our two Japan built SUVs. Our search led us to the Ford/Lincoln dealer, SHAKER FAMILY. Our two Subaru leases came due at approximately the same time, s two Japan built SUVs. Our search led us to the Ford/Lincoln dealer, SHAKER FAMILY. Our two Subaru leases came due at approximately the same time, so the dealer made us very fine offers on the two cars we settled upon, involving each at a three-year lease: a Lincoln MKX and a Ford CMAX. Our salesperson, Ms. Cathy Reed, gave us patient and thorough attention, working very hard to get us the best deal and providing us with excellent service throughout the complicated process of ending our leases early and taking immediate delivery of these two, fine cars. She saw to every detail of the preparation of the vehicles and gave us a lot of time to learn to use the advanced electronics that come with both these cars. We are completely satisfied with her service. We were introduced to members of the Shaker family who treated us courteously and enthusiastically. Also, the Manager of the Service Department make it a point to personally discuss with us the vehicles and the services offered and available at the dealership.
