It was a very good experience. As a female buyer, car buying and repairs have been an ordeal. Sales personnel seem to gravitate to the male buyers or couples, then get around to the female buyers, follo buying and repairs have been an ordeal. Its assumed we may not know that much about cars. We just drive them. Not at Shaker. The experience was more than positive and was quite pleasant. Very respectful and welcoming, like a family.... Lindsey was great to work with. She listened to what I had to say and worked well with me to find what I wanted. I've bought many new cars over the years and have not had a better experience as I had with her and the rest of the staff when parting with my trade-in and my money. Had I encountered a duplication of past experiences, I would have walked out and gone to another Ford dealership. I didn't have to. First impressions were great and that didn't change from the moment I walked in there to the time I drove out with my new car. I cannot rate the quality of work yet, since the car has not been brought in for service, but I hope that same principle of treating all customers the same, and respectfully, is duplicated by the service department.
