Before I went to Shakers I did my due diligence to research not only the car but also the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by all the positive reviews I read about Shakers and it seemed as thoug research not only the car but also the dealership. My original plan was to go to the dealership just for pricing and to take a test drive because in the past I have not had a Ford. That all changed when I was introduced to James Cianciolo, we must have spent hours together that day he was very patient and made sure all my needs were met he asked all the right questions and put me in the car of my dreams. Never once did I feel pressured by anyone and they made sure that I was ok with the package they put together for me. Especially Jill the finance person who was very considerate to the budget that I had laid out and she was able to get me in that range. More
