We purchased a pre owned vehicle from this dealership. We worked with James Cianciolo. From the minute we met him he was kind, personable and very helpful to our family. We feel like he absolutely did his very best to get us a fair price for our trade and a fair price for the vehicle we were purchasing. The manager who James went to to negotiate the price was not very friendly at all, he gave us the impression that he could have cared less if we bought a vehicle from them, however, in the end we feel like we were finally able to make a fair deal with him and James was there helping every step of the way. It was a great experience all in all, we love our new vehicle and would recommend and/or revisit this dealership in the future. More

We wanted a CMAX Energi, there wasn't a lot of information available, Shaker was able to give it to me last October. Above and beyond. We had to wait until March to get the car since they were n information available, Shaker was able to give it to me last October. Above and beyond. It took almost 2 hours to go through all the bells and whistles on this car. But when we left we had the Ford sites on our cell phones, and knew how to operate this technology driven car. I contacted the dealership and referenced the internet price. I dealt with Catherine Reed who agreed to sell me the vehicle for their internet price. My experience with Catherine was superb. I highly recommend that if you will purchase a vehicle from that dealer, that you contact her. More
