I traded in my 2010 Audi A4 for the Edge Sport and couldn't be happier! Lindsey is awesome! She was attentive and responsive to our needs and requests. We stopped in on Saturday to see the new dealership which is equally awesome, and Corey Shaker gave us the grand tour. Gorgeous facility! We really hadn't planned on purchasing another vehicle just yet, but had Lindsey show us some anyway and Tuesday night I was driving my new (certified) Edge! My husband drove all the way up there from Waterbury, and after getting there they made him wait almost an hour. When the sales person finally approached my husband, he ended up not honoring what their flyer to us said. My husband then contacted James Canciolo, and he found a way to make my husband's idea possible. When we arrived to the dealer, they had the car clean, decorated and ready to go. They were very discrete to keep it a secret until I recieved my birthday gift. I was speechless when I got my birthday gift. James was very thorough, knowledgeable, approachable, clear, straight to the point, helpful, and caring. Due to the my husband's difficult schedule, they waited for us until the evening, and were very paitent so that my husband could make this happen for my birthday.
