My wife and I went to Shaker Family Ford Lincoln on a Saturday and purchased a brand new Ford Escape. I expected the usual experience with dealerships, with individuals not really caring about the customer and not concerned about doing their job, but that was not the case when we came here. The sales consultant that showed us the cars we were thinking about buying and taking for a test drive was "top-notch". He was extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful. The highest rating you can give is a five, and with this particular sales consultant that helped us out, I'd give him a 7. I was extremely pleased with everyone there and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car or truck who wants a helpful and friendly staff. The receptionist was friendly, our sales consultant was one of the best I've ever dealt with, and the business manager was very helpful as well.
