James Cianciolo was very friendly and helpful with the figuring of the numbers of the vehicle we bought. He took the time to explain the cars we looked at giving benefits of them. I can honestly say, I had one of my worst experiences in a dealership ever here. After finding out my car was totaled and I was getting an X amount of dollars for my car.. I researched a few cars I was int a dealership ever here. After finding out my car was totaled and I was getting an X amount of dollars for my car.. I researched a few cars I was interested in, and Shakers had one exactly I was looking for. After work, I go into Shakers one evening knowing I can only afford a car for 25k (out the door).. I was greeted promptly.. a salesman filled a sheet out (Asking me about what I wanted in my next car/the amount of money I was willing to spend) After spending about 15 minutes at the salesman's desk... He came back with keys to the car I was looking for and also keys to a few other cars his manager insisted he showed me although I had no interest in them. After a test drive, with the car I planned on purchasing that night the salesman asked If I was ready to put a deposit down on the vehicle and pick it up the next day. I fell in love with the vehicle and was in a position where I really needed to make a decision that night.. It's now after 7 and I over hear the manager say to my salesman, its 7:30 and we all want to go home. I have never been to a dealership in my life where they did not want to sell a car. I spent almost two hours here and they were not willing to even give my a price. I went next door to a used car lot and worked directly with the manager who was very happy to spend until about 9 o'clock with me. I picked the vehicle up the next morning and could not be happier with my decision. What a joke this place ended up being! More

I have bought 4 cars from Shakers and by far the last time was the most disappointing. I told the sales man I wanted a certain price for my trade and they they came back $4000.00 under what I wanted. I said no deal and then the salesmen went to the sales manager and came back with the number I wanted. All was good until I sat down to sign the paperwork and noticed they had increased the sales price of the car up $4000.00 to make it look like I got the number I wanted. When I brought this to the attention of the woman handling the account, she went to the sales manager and my payment was reduced by over $100 a month. I feel the sales team was very deceptive and had I not read the small print I would have overpaid significantly. Although I did lease the vehicle through Shaker, I will not return to a business that uses these tactics and hopes their customers are too ignorant to realize it. More

I bought this car on the internet only with the pictures they put on the website and the car was just as described it was delivered to the airport and left where we asked at the time we asked.
