Best Experience Ever I have never bought a car before, and I was doing it all on my own. I went to 5 or 6 dealerships, all of which treated me like all I was was money in I have never bought a car before, and I was doing it all on my own. I went to 5 or 6 dealerships, all of which treated me like all I was was money in their pocket. I came to Shakers Family Ford expecting to again be treated like crap, and they made me feel like family, not business. I desperately needed a car, and a 2007 PT Cruiser had caught my eye. James Ciancolo is the man to ask for! He knew everything about the car I wanted. He was VERY professional and easy to work with. Their prices are more than fair, and the cars are in great shape. I can't even put into words how easy it was for me to buy my first car. It is supposed to be a scary experience and instead it was one of the best I have EVER had. He offered to show me a specific car that he thought best matched what I was looking for, which we took for a test drive. As I was very interested in that car he found me, yet still needed time to consider, he gave me the opportunity to borrow the car for the night to see how I like it. He was very receptive to my consideration of my second top choice, as well. The next day he answered all of my questions that I had and was willing to help me get the best deal possible. Because of all this, the process went fairly smooth and my decision was easy. I am very happy with my new car from Ford!! Thanks Kay!! More
