You truly are treated like family! Shaker Family Ford was far for me to travel to purchase a new car. I had compared prices on a Ford SUV Escape/Edge between 6 dealerships. The dealership closer to me was actually $1,100.00 cheaper on the vehicle I wanted. However, I decided to purchase my vehicle with Shaker Family Ford because I know, I will be able to count on them in the future. It meant a lot to me, that I was treated like family by the sales rep Cathy Reed Internet rep James Schiavo and the finance manager Cindy Bugbee. I was never pressured and Shaker personnel always spoke with kindness and "honesty." Honesty being the key word. My first car was a Ford Mustang back in the 70's. Klitijon “Kay” Bekurti was the young sales associate who made my shopping experience a pleasure and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. From the beginning, Kay was very patient as he listened to my prior experiences with several other dealerships and paid very close attention to my wants and needs as I explained to him what I hoped for in a new vehicle. I found Kay to be extremely knowledgeable and very well informed as he answered my many questions and concerns. He made every effort to make sure that all of my questions were answered in their entirety. He went over several great options with me and never once made me feel rushed, uncomfortable or intimidated in any way. He took the time to show me many different vehicles, and for that I am very grateful.
