I had an appointment one morning for service on my 2007 328i and decided to explore my options for a trade in to a newer vehicle. Michael Snyder was very helpful and extremely professional. Dropped by to test drive and work deal on a used Z4. Stood on the lot for 30 minutes on a hot Friday at 5:30pm as I watched several used car salespeople sitting in the nice, cool showroom. He even went out of his way to drive to my aunt's house to get the cosigner's paper work done due to my getting to the dealership a little late in the day. This was my second purchase of a BMW and my first purchase at Classic. The sales staff was so friendly and honest. Michael Snyder didnt play any games with me, answered all my questions, and even s purchase at Classic. The sales staff was so friendly and honest. Michael Snyder didnt play any games with me, answered all my questions, and even showed me features about BMW that were not explained to me on my first purchase. I have been buying cars for 20 years, and have never had a car buying experience as pleasant as this one. They were backed up in finance, so instead of making me wait for hours, they gave me the keys and told me to take it home. They called the next morning and had an appointment set up so that all I had to do was walk in and sign the paperwork. Arun handled all of this very well, even explaining the contract, terms, and how it all works to my 16 year old son so he would have a understanding when it came time to purchase a vehicle. I love BMW, so I have found a dealership for life. They really work as a team. When I returned for my plates, the make ready staff came out and went over every little hidden feature that most people dont even know about. Everyone was friendly and very, very professional. And the free car washes for life, not a bad deal. Go by and see why they are one of the 30 best BMW dealerships in the nation. Dont let the size of the dealership scare you, I was treated like I was the only customer on the lot. More

My fiance and me are are interested in getting a new car. We have experience driving BMWs since I have an E90 already and were looking into possibly getting a new BMW as one of our next options. Actually, right before we went to go look at the bimmers, we had went to a different brand dealership and they had REMARKABLE customer service. At classic... that does not apparently happen. No one came up to us to ask us if we could use help for anything. We walked around for about 30 minutes looking at different models (even though I was more set on getting a 335i). There was one guy looking around too and he happened to walk beside us while we were observing one vehicle. A sales associate came up to him and asked him if he needed help, but not us. Nothing. Completely ignored us. I was completely put off and I told my fiance lets leave, I do not want a BMW anymore. We will stick with other brands were our business is appreciated. More
