He actually listened to what I wanted and even read in between the lines, recognizing my driving and lifestyle needs. I even visited Classic of Dallas, which is closer to where I work and they didn't even bother to tell me about the GREAT financing deal, which is what helped me make my decision. Michael explained everything to me from the operation of my car (helped me set up my seat and stereo preferences!) to the financing end. This was nothing like your typical car buying experience, where you think you're getting fleeced at every turn - this guy was like a friend - looking out for your best interests - oh and when it came time to do the financing and seal the deal, Michael's colleague, Mike found a deal that enabled me to get my first payment paid for by BMW Financing. We highly recommend Classic BMW to anyone interested in purchasing a new BMW! Make sure you ask for Wade Aguillard to be your sales associate. He was Great and so was the manager, Alan! I was in negotiat purchasing a new BMW! Make sure you ask for Wade Aguillard to be your sales associate. He was Great and so was the manager, Alan! I was in negotiations with two other dealerships and immediately decided to go with Classic as they had the exact convertible I was looking for, gave us by far the best deal, saving us several thousand dollars while lowering my monthly payment significantly!! This is my 4th BMW and Wade definitely came through for me! Not once did he ever high-pressure me and everything he said he would do, HE DID! I had to drive a long way to get to them and it was totally worth the drive! I'm so happy I decided to take the time and check out these guys! First of all, I was looking for 6-Exceptional in the ratings section. All sixes from me would have aligned down the page. I just acquired my third BMW from Robin McCormick at Classic BMW in Plano, Texas. We talked and caught up, took a drive, talked numbers for about 30 seconds and I signed the papers (which took about 10 minutes) and didn't see my new car until I got in it to drive away. Why in the world would anyone do that? Total trust, that's why. (Yes of course he asked me if I wanted to see the car, but I didn't need to, I knew exactly what I was getting from the complete information in our initial chat and test drive) I asked about different options in the new model I was going into since it was a big departure from the last two BMWs I have driven. And in turn he asked me about my lifestyle and would it be something I would really need and use. How many times has anyone taken the time to help you make a decision about the car that will suit YOU? Never happened to me before my BMW experience. While the money and the paper took 10 minutes, 30 seconds, I was there for several hours. Why? Because after I got into my new car, we sat together and he took me through every single button, setting, bell and whistle. I am not a car saavy person. The BMW is a saavy car. Sure I can read the manual, but having someone take the time to show you what the car can do at length, not looking at their watch, was beyond helpful and once again made my whole experience a lot of fun. And buying a car is not usually considered fun, that is no secret. I consider myself a BMW driver for a long time to come. But honestly, aside from the car, my experience at Classic and with Robin is what cements my loyalty. More
