Jim Francis today put us into our 5th BMW through Classic BMW with the same skill, professionalism, cooperation and efficiency we have come to expect. Joe Capobianco has taken care of our Service Department BMW with the same skill, professionalism, cooperation and efficiency we have come to expect. Joe Capobianco has taken care of our Service Department needs for three or four years now to our total satisfaction. We would, and have, wholeheartedly recommended Classic BMW and Jim Francis to our friends, one of whom is in his second BMW now from Classic. More

I spent 3-4 weeks searching for a specific BMW that matched my price range, year, miles, and that was under warranty. I found exactly that at Classic BMW. These guys are straight shooters and will give you the facts you need to make the most informed decision. Even after I bought the car, they continued to help me with my questions about the car. I've owned my car now for a few weeks and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would 100% recommend anybody looking for a car to visit this dealership. More

We highly recommend Classic BMW to anyone interested in purchasing a new BMW! Make sure you ask for Wade Aguillard to be your sales associate. He was Great and so was the manager, Alan! I was in negotiat purchasing a new BMW! Make sure you ask for Wade Aguillard to be your sales associate. He was Great and so was the manager, Alan! I was in negotiations with two other dealerships and immediately decided to go with Classic as they had the exact convertible I was looking for, gave us by far the best deal, saving us several thousand dollars while lowering my monthly payment significantly!! This is my 4th BMW and Wade definitely came through for me! Not once did he ever high-pressure me and everything he said he would do, HE DID! I had to drive a long way to get to them and it was totally worth the drive! I'm so happy I decided to take the time and check out these guys! I'm all about the car I want and the best, and they delivered on both!! Thanks for everything! Ed & Jr. Vester. More

Classic BMW and especially Mi TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I want to express my pleasure on the whole experience during my purchase of my 2013 BMW 328i. Classic BMW and especially Michael Snyder treated me so well that I almost want to come back in and buy another vehicle right now. Michael made me feel at ease, explained everything to me from the operation of my car to the financing end. This was a complete hassle free situation and nothing like the stereotypical vision of a car salesman. Classic BMW should be proud to have an employee that cares for his clientele as Michael does. I have already recommended Michael and Classic BMW to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for making our dream come true. Sincerely, The Purser Family More
First of all, I was looking for 6-Exceptional in the ratings section. All sixes from me would have aligned down the page. I just acquired my third BMW from Robin McCormick at Classic BMW in Plano, Tex ratings section. All sixes from me would have aligned down the page. I just acquired my third BMW from Robin McCormick at Classic BMW in Plano, Texas. We talked and caught up, took a drive, talked numbers for about 30 seconds and I signed the papers (which took about 10 minutes) and didn't see my new car until I got in it to drive away. Why in the world would anyone do that? Total trust, that's why. (Yes of course he asked me if I wanted to see the car, but I didn't need to, I knew exactly what I was getting from the complete information in our initial chat and test drive) I asked about different options in the new model I was going into since it was a big departure from the last two BMWs I have driven. And in turn he asked me about my lifestyle and would it be something I would really need and use. How many times has anyone taken the time to help you make a decision about the car that will suit YOU? Never happened to me before my BMW experience. While the money and the paper took 10 minutes, 30 seconds, I was there for several hours. Why? Because after I got into my new car, we sat together and he took me through every single button, setting, bell and whistle. I am not a car saavy person. The BMW is a saavy car. Sure I can read the manual, but having someone take the time to show you what the car can do at length, not looking at their watch, was beyond helpful and once again made my whole experience a lot of fun. And buying a car is not usually considered fun, that is no secret. I consider myself a BMW driver for a long time to come. But honestly, aside from the car, my experience at Classic and with Robin is what cements my loyalty. More
This was the third BMW we've purchased from Classic BMW, and the 2d from Doug Robbins. Although the car pretty much sold itself, Doug added a dimension to the sales experience that we found comforting BMW, and the 2d from Doug Robbins. Although the car pretty much sold itself, Doug added a dimension to the sales experience that we found comforting and pleasant. He patiently explained the features we were interested in without adding sales pressure to actually purchase them. Given his well-ordered and careful explanation to our questions, we were quickly able to decide upon and select the model and precise options without the usual anxiety or nervousness normally accompanying these types of high-dollar purchases. Most importantly, he was considerate of my wife, for whom we were making the purchase, so that she didn't feel overwhelmed or out-of-place. He included her respectfully in the conversations regarding the purchase and ever so astutely suggested combinations of features / options that made her like the car even more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Classic, as we have already done, and look forward to another purchase in the near future. JN More
i bought 535 in may 2010 pre owned cpo and i also bought maintenance warranty. they say all will be well our service center will take care of you. when you go to service center once you pass the 50k mil maintenance warranty. they say all will be well our service center will take care of you. when you go to service center once you pass the 50k mileage point or 4 year point, they just want to squeeze you for everything. they want you to pay for diagnosis fee or something or something. eventhough you have warranty and it might be covered they will not be bothered to help you until you pay diagnosis fee and they dont do job right the first time. it is lot of pain, and lot of time consuming to deal with service center. more than your car fixed you are more worried what problems that they will get to your attention that this is not covered and how much huge bill they want to present you. i am worried with these kind of service centers in the metroplex - they tell you one thing at buy and they tell one thing at service center and more interesting when you call bmw north america - they are much more worse - they will listen all your conversation politely and all they say is - you have to deal everything wtih dealer itself - we have no say on any warranty issues if dealer says its covered its covered if dealer says its not covered its not covered. they say go to other dealer and try out - when you ask do you know which dealer is good in dallas metroplex - they say we dont have any rating all our dealer works as their own way - some go beyond and some dont go beyond - so its your hard luck when i ask can i get the list of wear and use parts that will not be covered by cpo - they say that list dealer should have and dealer is everything for them - they have no quality check of a dealer, they dont have a rating for dealer, when customer calls and asks for resolving the issues - all they do is file claim internally and no one will call you- it s a bogus customer serivce from bmw north america. never own any bmw over than 50k no matter what. they give top rated excellent service until 50k, once you cross that line you are thrown from tops of mt everest to bottom of pacific ocean - now you survive all becoz of your bmw network, friends network, your own investment of time - that's it BMW NA will not help you much, dealers will not help you much. You need to shop around now even you have cpo warranty - to find a good reliable trustworthy mom and pop shop around to fix your bmw. so looks like bmw technician outside working independently will have a good living than the owner of bmw. i am not happy with the dealer cut loose attitude and bmw north america leaving the customers in the dessert with no help to serve their expectation. the o nly expectation i get from dealer and bmw na is you have open a bank account and put good monies in it and give atm pin number to dealer and northa america - and they just keep taking whatever the price they want to fix the needs of the car. that's it- their is no self responsibiliity of bmw na to help both dealers, customers, car owners and server service and attain customer satisfaction and provide win-win for all of us. no they dont care whether you own bmw for long or not. they just care the new car is get out of lot and make their monies and dealer tell all kinds of stories to sell cpo vehicle and let you suffer after that. you are on your own even you buy cpo vehicle. i will not recommend to buy a cpo vehicle from bmw and not recommend to buy a brand new because of high depreciation. i recommend to buy bmw from outside one year old with less miles may by less 10k and use it for 40k miles and before 50k trade-in and switch vehicle. it is not worth the time or money or energy or pain to own bmw more than 50k or more than 3 years. it is money throwing through gutter to bmw.
