I sent a wire to purchased a 2020 BMW M8 Competition on March 30, 2021. The next day I flew to Dallas to pick up the vehicle and sign all the paperwork. The salesman, Michael Snyder, handled the transacti March 30, 2021. The next day I flew to Dallas to pick up the vehicle and sign all the paperwork. The salesman, Michael Snyder, handled the transaction at the dealership well initially. Then over the next several days, he contacted me about providing insurance, which I ensured the salesman that the Insurance company knew the transaction and had bonded coverage. I finally received proof of insurance from the company and forwarded it to him, but I was completely frustrated by the dealership's lack of professionalism at that time. After three weeks had passed, I contacted the finance team to ask about receiving my title to the vehicle, but no return call. After leaving several more messages, I finally received a call from the Finance Director about trying to contact the original buyer to track down the title. This issue when on for over 4 months, during that time, the vehicle was paid, and I was driving a vehicle without a title. I would have never purchased this vehicle if I had known they did not have immediate access to the original title within a week. Even though I finally received my title at the end of July, when I contacted the Finance Director to let him know they needed to pick up the vehicle due to the lack of title, it suddenly appeared on his desk and was overnighted the next day. This made me think I was driving a stolen vehicle! I have contacted Classic BMW over several weeks to upper management to discuss my complaint and potential resolution without any return calls or communication whatsoever. I have purchased many cars over the years; this is the worst experience ever, and I definitely would not purchase or recommend this dealership or any of its affiliates to anyone! More

I walked in last Monday in order to look at the x6 that was in front of the dealership. Right before walking in we also noticed a Mercedes G-series in front of the dealership and opened the door to take a was in front of the dealership. Right before walking in we also noticed a Mercedes G-series in front of the dealership and opened the door to take a look. A lady (Kassandra Moran) from inside came opening the door and yelled that we were not allowed to open the car because it’s been sold. We were surprised at the rudeness and told her sorry but it was unlocked to begin with. My husband and I the walked in behind her inside of the dealership and again Kassandra Moran was very rude. Upon us entering she looked at us up and down and rolled her eyes. We ignored it and asked to test drive the car. She still gave us an attitude and said we don’t test drive after 6. We were fine with that but the way she treated us was terrible. My husband and I walked out and said there was no way we would be back. We were walking through the parking lot and a very nice man Michael Snyder stopped us and asked if we needed any help. He wasn’t even rushing even though he was on his way home. We told him that we understand we need to come back to test drive which we were fine with and I will give him a call to set up an appointment. I talked to him on Friday and I set an appointment to come back and see him on the following Monday. I showed up and again bumped into Kassandra Moran. Again same rude attitude. When I asked to speak to Michael Snyder she gave me a weird look like I was asking for someone that she didn’t know. I was confused as she said it will be a moment please have a seat. Then she looked at me again and said actually he is no longer with us. I was like since when because I just talked to him Friday and I had an appointment with him. She was like well he is no longer with us. So that’s when I decided to leave because with her rude attitude I didn’t even want to deal with it anymore. I sat in the parking lot for a bit thinking. She upset me so much I had to go back and speak to a manager to complain about my terrible experience not once but twice. I spoke with Olivia Miner. She apologized and said that they would have to talk to Kassandra Moran again. So I was surprise that they have had many complaints and that she is still the one that you see as soon as you walk in. Olivia Miner asked if she could show me a car and I told her I was too upset to even look at anything. I hope that there will have better Customer Service at this dealership in the future. It’s very sad this luxurious dealership that has very rude customer service and losing customers because of it. More
