Think Twice I won't bore evey one with the details but in the 3 years I have taken my car there, each time it has twice as long as promised with no care or consid I won't bore evey one with the details but in the 3 years I have taken my car there, each time it has twice as long as promised with no care or consideration that I need transportation and it has cost money from them "Missing" to reset my service light to "Forgetting" to add coolant to not standing by the service and warranty agreement. I am very sad that I will now refuse to by a BMW (Even though I love the car) but because this is the closet place I can have it serviced I will not do it. I hope they truly look at revamping the department to truly be customer friendly. More

This dealership is dishonest. This salesperson told my daughter the vehicle was hers once the purchase order was signed which it was. After her loan approval and getting a cashier's check from bank and bo daughter the vehicle was hers once the purchase order was signed which it was. After her loan approval and getting a cashier's check from bank and booking her flight to Dallas from Missouri for the next day, they sold her vehicle to someone else. He's inconsiderate and did not show the least bit of concern for her. Had no problem telling her the car sold to someone else. He went so far as to tell her he couldn't do anything from the golf course. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
