I took my MINI Copper into Sewell to replace my battery. My service advisor was Jamie, she was excellent. The only problem I had was the battery that is needed was not in stock. This battery was on back order and I had no idea when my battery would arrive. So, Jamie offered me another option to install another brand of battery that they had in stock. It was a great option, because the battery was a well known brand. So, I took that option. Thanks to Jamie I got my battery installed and I’m back on the road with my car. More
