Early on as I was at Classic for a service appointment, I met Robin McCormick in the show room. At that first meeting, I was impressed with Robin for his years of experience, BMW knowledge, and his business approach. Robin knowledgeably answers questions, does not pressure to sell, courteously maintains contact, makes the purchase process efficient and painless, and continuously follows-up after the sale. I have not been disappointed with my first impression of Robin or the dealership in the years that I have bought and had serviced the X5s and 5 series purchased there. The dealership's customer area is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything one would want while waiting for service to be performed.
