Then when we decided to move forward with the Wagon, he was so thorough in going through the car and ensuring that it was flawless. He also spent almost two hours helping us learn all the functions of the car, setting it up to our preferences, and connecting our phones. It was exceptional customer service. More

This review is for the used sales department; better go to a "Buy Here, Pay Here" dealership. Two cars I bought full of problems; the used department does not really have standards for the used cars they s to a "Buy Here, Pay Here" dealership. Two cars I bought full of problems; the used department does not really have standards for the used cars they sell. The first one was BMW certified and locally under warranty but had to go to service the car so often; since I bought that car, I had issues with the brakes, lights and drive train. Then traded the BMW because I was tired of that but this time got a different brand; still expecting they had standards with the used cars they sell. The car I bought was still under warranty but I have $1,500 to fix that they did not tell me about that is not covered by that manufacturer's warranty and now I have to pay for it, when I have not even made my first payment. So unreliable dealership; be very careful with their used cars since they are not taking any responsibility for those repairs I had to make. More

(The only thing better would have been, with my credit rating and being a BMW patron, to not have had to put a down payment down.) And that was due to the warranty packages I added to the loan.
