Service King

Went there after a major wreck because somehow they are #1 body repair for my insurance company. Looked like they did a good job when I got the car back but I had xxxxxxlater on and they didnt work with me #1 body repair for my insurance company. When I originally went in they said they have a lifetime warranty and to bring my car back in if i had any xxxxxxat all. It definitely didnt not work out that way. Also my oil pan was left leaking and they were ignorant to not notice that when they repaired it. They told me they didnt deal with brakes, how the xxxx can u not deal with brakes ?! Thats a major component of the car and very dangerous too. My car was slammed against the curb and the entire wheel component was bent. My brake pads got worn down to the metal and they still didnt replace them or mention anything to me about it ! And im sure they had to have noticed the brake pads because replaced the entire wheel. Since the repairs at service king, ive had to get my brakes changed and replaced 2 tires because bad allignment and they wont reimburse for anything. It was bad quality of work to begin with on their part! More

Saturday morning I had a '92 Mazda Truck with a medium size door dent. Went to Service King because of the TV commercial. Went in there, we were greeted by a receptionist (who ever heard of a body shop wi size door dent. Went to Service King because of the TV commercial. Went in there, we were greeted by a receptionist (who ever heard of a body shop with a receptionist?), She told us to fill out a form with my vehicle info on it. after I filled it out we were told to wait in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes (who ever heard of a body shop with a waiting room?). So we wait and then we finally give up after 30+ minutes.Still no service advisor arrived/ did they want our bussiness or what? Time is of essence-my goal was to get three estimates so it was time to move on to another place. They seemed too uppity to me because of their location next to an Audi dealership. They seemed too clean and too high tech and modern. The receptionist after I gave her my information seemed like after she saw what I was driving looked at us like "we have better things to do than fix your $3800 truck like fixing $70000 Audi's. Again very uppity sounding. I would not go here unless it's your last resort. More
