Hacks Brought my car in for a small dent in the hood from a golf ball. My original quote was 700.00 After they had my car for 6hrs they called and told me Brought my car in for a small dent in the hood from a golf ball. My original quote was 700.00 After they had my car for 6hrs they called and told me that I had other damage to the bumper due to the so call accident (golf ball) which was not in the original quote or the picture that they took . I told them that bumper had no damage to it what so ever and had pictures to prove it and that their technician damage the bumper and then they tried to sell me the repair for an additional 500$ For a mistake that their technician made. I would not recommend this place to anybody !!!. They are liars, hacks and untrustworthy More

In a 9 month span my car has been falling apart My bumper fell off while driving on the freeway because it was never installed correctly don't take your car There or pay for the Consequences. Their manager Armando basically said it was my fault because they don't want to take responsibility for their Unprofessional work More
Poor workmanship I took my 2002 Camry in for minor scratches on the passenger door and fender. When I was called to pick it up and arrived you could see from 20 feet I took my 2002 Camry in for minor scratches on the passenger door and fender. When I was called to pick it up and arrived you could see from 20 feet away the poor paint job on the door. I told them this was not acceptable. I was never called regarding imperfections in the door. When I got the car back there were dents in the car that were not there before, which they denied with a heated argument. They told me basically don't come back and did not charge me and did not warranty the work. They told me to take it to the dealer to fix the door. This could have been avoided if I was called regarding the imperfections in the door with a new quote for repairs instead of painting over the imperfections. I would not recommend Service King for any repairs or painting. More
My poor car, these guys screwed it up! I was sent to Service King by my insurance company when my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT was hit by a red light runner with no insurance to repair the dog leg ar I was sent to Service King by my insurance company when my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT was hit by a red light runner with no insurance to repair the dog leg area of the drivers side 1/4 panel that he hit. I dropped my car off and was told 3 to 4 days, a week later I was told it was done. Upon arriving to pick up my car I found a large lump of body filler that was left on the drivers rear door jam, they apologized and said they would take care of this. The next time I was told the car was done I came in to find they put a dent in the 1/4 panel they were to repair, they tried the "it was already there" bit but I KNOW every dent and nick in my car so not happening. They again apologized and said they would fix it. A couple more days go by and I'm told again its ready, this time there was over spray of clear coat on the windshield and rear window. Oops we'll fix it they said and a few days later I go to pick it up again (4th time for those who lost count) and this time it was clear that who ever buffed my car had NEVER seen a buffer before let alone used one, there was buffer marks all over the whole car which is black so it looked like xxxx! Once again we're sorry and we'll fix it, a few days later the car was done FINALLY! Fast forward several months to me getting air in my drivers side rear tire and I find RUST on the 1/4 panel! So back to Service King where the new manager agreed the rust was their fault and it would be fixed and within a day of dropping my car off again he called me to ask me to come down to look at something and showed me where the rust had been clear coated over, I asked him if he thought it left Pontiac this way and he said he didn't know to which I assured him it did not. I asked him if he thought the rust could have been from the fact they had the car the 1st time for almost 3 weeks to fix a 5 inch tall 2 inch wide 1/4 inch deep small dent that for some reason they needed to scrap the undercoating off the edge of the wheel well exposing the bare metal to the air and then cleared over the rust because they never looked under the lip again, once again he conceded that this was also the most likely reason for the rust and that they would fix it. So they fixed the underside of the wheel arch but now my insurance company was back involved because of all the screw ups. An adjuster was sent out and he said all their previous work to my car was substandard and should all be re-done, the manager didn't really want to have to re-do the whole job so he and I made a deal that he would have the car buffed out and that the paint would look great and he'd repaint my rock chipped front bumper free of charge as an apology for the trouble I had been through and I excepted his deal. 2 days later I was called that my car was done and to come pick it up, this was after 5 pm and I arrived at Service King around 6 and they had my car inside and said it was all ready to go. The car was FILTHY both inside and out, the drivers side floor mat had so much body shop dust on it I couldn't see the Pontiac emblem on it! The bumper looked fine and the 1/4 panel and door jam did to so I figured I'd get it out of there and clean it myself. That weekend I started to clean my car and found they had buffed through the clear coat of the door jam down to the paint and had tried to cover this up with black color match wax that wiped right off exposing the mess they tried to hide! Then when I was doing the front I found the bumper wasn't on right so I began to look a little deeper and found they had ripped the captured nut out of the fender that the bumper is secured onto and damaged the fender in the process! Once again back to Service King and I showed the manager who had my car taken right in and the whole bumper removed Again to make sure nothing else was damaged, thankfully there was not (or so I thought) He asked if I wanted then to fix the fender they had damaged but at this point I just wanted to get away from Service King but they had to re-clear the door jam again! So once again I drop it off but this time I'm not such a Mr.Niceguy as this is now the 8th time it will be in their shop in 8 months time for them to repair a small dent! The manager was not there but the assistant assured me they could fix my car, guess what, they couldn't! The clear coat has 3 runs in it, its cloudy, and they missed a spot not to mention they got over spray all over the roof! So now my car has to go to a different body shop to be repaired to which that manager can't believe that Service King is still in business if this is how they repair cars. He showed my how poorly the paint work was done, Fish eyes, dust and grit in the paint and they painted over sanding scratches and the fact that the car was clear coated before the paint had time to dry making the a haze in the clear coat to which he may have to repaint half of my car! Today I found they damaged the front bumper where the fog lights go in and it may need to be replaced as well because the new factory replacement fog lights I got want to fall out of their mounting holes! So the managers freebie may cost me in excess of a $1000 to get fixed elsewhere! To sum up, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SERVICE KING AS YOU CAN!!! They do horrible work and try to cover it up with color match wax leaving you needing a different shop to fix their screw ups! Manager is a great guy but his shop is a horrible joke! RUN AWAY from Service King! More

It has been several years since I have had to get my car repaired due to an accident, so when I got into an accident a few weeks ago (not my fault), I was so super nervous about the whole process of repairs repaired due to an accident, so when I got into an accident a few weeks ago (not my fault), I was so super nervous about the whole process of repairs. Since a hail storm had just gone through the area, all shops were booked for a few weeks. The earliest I could get my car in was two and a half weeks after the accident. Totally understandable, and my car was able to be driven, so I waited. I ended up going to Service King in Euless and I do NOT regret that decision at all! The service guy I was paired with, Eddy, was absolutely stellar! Amazing customer service, VERY patient (something that I need because I am not a mechanically inclined individual), didn't mind re-explaining things to me, and made sure my car came out looking and running as good as it had four years ago! Eddy made the process a whole lot less stressful than I was afraid it would be, and since I am a single mom that works full time, anything that decreases the amount of stress in my life is a true God-send. I TOTALLY recommend this Service King, as well as Eddy if you ever need car repairs! More
Do yourself a favor and never use this company. They returned my vehicle to me without disclosing that my insurance provider had not authorized certain repairs to my engine. They even told me to bring returned my vehicle to me without disclosing that my insurance provider had not authorized certain repairs to my engine. They even told me to bring my car in for a 2nd diagnostic after months of me calling them to report problems. They then charged me a 2nd diagnostic fee KNOWING THE ENTIRE TIME that there were existing problems they never fixed. To this day, they have not provided something to me to show me what repair work needs to be done, even after paying for this service... twice. This business is unethical. I even emailed the CEO to advise him what this location had done. That was over 2 months ago and have never received a response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! More
I took my car to "Service King" for a rear ended accident repair. It was simply a pumper damage. They fixed the rear of the car but . . . . When I paid my insurance co-pay and when I got ended accident repair. It was simply a pumper damage. They fixed the rear of the car but . . . . When I paid my insurance co-pay and when I got behind the wheel, I noticed that they had broken my windscreen. It looked like they had dropped some kind of repair shop tool on it. I informed the lady who was serving me; she pulled up a bunch of photographs on her computer screen to show me the status of the car prior to the repair. Low and behold, the pictures showed that the windscreen was free from any damage. She told me that when their manager (Garrett Robinson) comes in he would provide the direction for fixing the problem. I followed up with the service assistant; she set up a visitation with the manager. I met with Mr. Robinson to see how they were going to take care of the damage that happened at their store. He denied that the damage was done at their repair shop. I asked for a copy of the photograph that showed my windscreen was clear from the damage prior to their custody of the car. He refused and he became quite nasty about the whole thing. Well, "Service King" had already pocketed the money and I had already signed the release; there was nothing I could do now. I found out that they were not even a member of BBB. "Service King", unlike their claims posted on their office walls, are not about customer service at all. After that I did a little bit of research about "Service King" and I found out that I was not the only one who had fallen victim to their unfair business attitude. Since their headquarters did not respond to my complaint, all I could do was to stop patronage with "Service King" at any of their branches and to get the word around so that my fellow patrons do not face such unfair business practices. I was in a pretty bad car accident and needed to get my car fixed fast. I was looking for an auto body shop online and ran across Service King. On their website you can make an online appointment for any o car fixed fast. I was looking for an auto body shop online and ran across Service King. On their website you can make an online appointment for any of their locations. I showed up a little early for my appointment and was prepared to wait, as you always have to at places like this, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were ready to help me right then. They had my car back to new quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. As a woman I often feel taken advantage of in auto places but I really didn't feel that way this time. It was a really good experience and I will absolutely be back (hopefully no more accidents though). More
My wife's van had sustained major damage to the front-end in a collision with a car not yielding the right-of-way. This was repaired by the Service King in Euless, TX. Please note that this Honda Odyssey was in a collision with a car not yielding the right-of-way. This was repaired by the Service King in Euless, TX. Please note that this Honda Odyssey was brand new (only 2 months old at the time of the accident). (1) It took well over a month for Service King to repair. This amount of time may or may not have been appropriate, I am no expert, but it seemed extraordinarily long a time to fix. Of course, we had to use a rental van that entire time and had to deal with the insurance companies to get them to cover that additional cost, which was not fun.. (2) We experience problems immediately after receiving the vehicle, which we had to literally hound the service agent to fix. These were problems that localized to the exact location of their repairs. These things eventually got fixed, but we had to spend a considerable amount of time to convince Service King that (1) they were real problems, and that (2) they were related to the original repair. (3) Just a few months later, the front end bumper "popped out". It looks to me that some bracket holding it tight came "undone". We took this back to Service King, and they are blaming us for doing NEW damage to it! They claim this is due to rubbing on a parking block. They base this on feeling "roughness" on the underside of the bumper. My wife does recall scraping a parking block (which you have to understand this van has a high clearance so this was a very minor incident), however, this bumper had popped out PRIOR to this incident. We have spoken to Service King three times about this, and they REFUSE TO COVER THIS UNDER THEIR WARRANTY, and they continue to blame us for causing new damage! (4) There are other problems which localize to the radiator and other parts in the front end near the original damage which are not working correctly, Service King NEVER did fix these, and claim that we need to spend our own time to get Honda to fix these under the manufacturer's warranty - even though these parts worked fine prior to the accident (this was a brand new vehicle). (6) After receiving a second opinion on some of these issues, we found out after the fact that ALL OF THESE REPAIRS were performed with refurbished parts. Please keep in mind that this vehicle was only 2 months old at the time of the original accident. Now, to be fair, our insurance company (Progressive) probably authorized this use, but that is a separate complaint... (6) This is just an aside, there is another collision repair shop on the other side of the street: "Craig's Collision Repair". We delt with some of these issues independently with them; Craig's charges a full 10% on labor, and when I compared estimates from both shops, Service King marks up additional labor for menial tasks which I am told that customers should not be charged for. In the end, I had some minor damage repaired on my car for a full 20% less at Craigs, compared to Service King ($800 instead of $1000). In summary, Service King may have fancy commercials, and admittedly they seem friendly when you walk in the door. However, they do a horrible job of repairing, they use substandard parts, they mark up the cost of labor and over charge you, they will waste your time, and in the end they do not honor their warranties. Buyer Beware. More
