Oil change - really? Leave it all day I have purchased 3 trucks with the last one listing at $52k 1500 LTZ. But when I go for service, it doesn't matter who the service writer is, I am jus I have purchased 3 trucks with the last one listing at $52k 1500 LTZ. But when I go for service, it doesn't matter who the service writer is, I am just another number. No personality, no promises, have to leave it. Then have to call to find out it's done. I would rather pay for oil change and tire rotation even though it's free with my $52K truck. Next truck will be a Ford...... More
