What Others Say

Great service and great dealership and they answer all my questions about my purchases of two vehicles from them 2024 Chevrolet Trax and 2026 Corvette convertible.

I am satisfied with the service that I received when I got my oil changed. Everyone is professional.

Lisa Bbianchini was our salesman she was VERY kind and sweet.. since we are not computer savvy she helped us every step of the way. it was a great pleasure to meet her

This is the third vehicle I buy from Service Chevrolet Cadilac within the last 4 years and have bought others in years past. I have also sent many people to buy vehicles at your dealership. With Sissy, who is no longer there and Matt Miller, I have always had the best experience with no hassle and pushiness. I have always had great service on the Cadilac side with my wife's XT6, my daughters Blazer and have no doubt will be the same with my new ZR2. Mr Lee and the team on the Cadilac side are second to none. I always have a great and pleasant experience when bringing in my vehicles for service. On the Chevrolet service side is much different. I am a very busy person, and my time is very valuable. I do not want to be gaslit for hours (8:00am to 2:00pm) and then treated rudely when getting a loaner vehicle which I was told "not to rush him, that I was on his time". My grandma was slow, but she was 92 years old. It was like he was doing it on purpose. I also overheard one of the young ladies telling him afterwards, "you're not supposed to say it out loud". Being a VP/GM of a company, people building skills are much needed in this department. I let them know I had a VA appointment at 2:00pm when I arrived at 8:00am, which I was late for, and the VA clinic is just down the road. These appointments are very hard to get, and if missed, I could lose my VA benefits. If I was not being gaslit, could have gotten an Uber, no big deal. Did I mention that the reason for bringing in my new vehicle for service, when I left the dealership with my new ZR2 with 12 miles on it, the check engine light came on with 15 miles on it. I am not writing this being a Karen. If I was the GM of this company, I would want to know. I have heard this on the street many times and have also heard it within your on organization that the service on the Chevrolet side was not the best and don't expect things to get down in a timely manner. I get it, we are in different times and it's hard to find good workers, but common courtesy and respect is no excuse.

I HAD A VERY GOOD SALESMAN MR.RODNEY C. BATISTE HE KNOW'S AND DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME .IF YOU NEED A CAR ARE TRUCK HE IS THE MAN AND HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU.GREAT JOB THANK'S I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK.AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY
