Brad was great. He held the Buick Enclave for us because we were 2.5 hours away. When we got there, he was waiting for us on a Saturday morning on his off day. We found him to be honest in his dealing and was very knowledgeable about GM and the Buick we bought. Brad was very pleasant and helped every step of the way and even put a laminated temp tag on the rear of the car. Much better than paper taped to the rear glass. Brad is not the typical used car salesman. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and Brad any day. Thanks! Cary More

They are not honest in sales and definitely not in service. Went for a diagnostic because my car wouldn't start last week. They were closed and said they couldnt check it until today. "our service department makes Aluminum siding sales men look honest" remember when you father told you, "if you have to tell someone you are honest, you aren't well their name starts with, 'Service' and what your father told you still applies Mr. Babineaux (the Service Manager), this is Mr. Stelly (the Operations Manger) Mr. Stelly, Mr. Babineaux doesn't think you are his boss. Of course he also thinks that vehicles come to the holding area an break themselves. our motto: if it wasn't broken when you dropped it off and it wasn't broken when we inspected it just leave it overnight and we can fix that stuff that wasn't broken we will put it in the shop and break it for you. yes I rated price at 5 stars, they did not charge me a thing to break the parts that were working when we brought it in. where else can you buy the extended service plan get free oil changes and spend $4,000+ to replace the shocks that were working when you dropped it off More

Oil change - really? Leave it all day I have purchased 3 trucks with the last one listing at $52k 1500 LTZ. But when I go for service, it doesn't matter who the service writer is, I am jus I have purchased 3 trucks with the last one listing at $52k 1500 LTZ. But when I go for service, it doesn't matter who the service writer is, I am just another number. No personality, no promises, have to leave it. Then have to call to find out it's done. I would rather pay for oil change and tire rotation even though it's free with my $52K truck. Next truck will be a Ford...... More
