Oran, my service advisor, was great and I would prefer to deal with him in the future. He was the bright side of the experience. I was told the chirping in my truck was coming from the thermostat and this deal with him in the future. He was the bright side of the experience. I opted to change the thermostat myself using an OEM replacement. This did not resolve the chirping, which means I would have paid $607 to do a 30minute repair for something that was not causing the issue. From the beganning all i want them to do is check the rubbing noise, but this and 4600 dollar later I hope its fixed.
