I found a few that I liked but wasn't able to get fair financing from anywhere. My credit is not the best, and the lowest rate I could find out of four banks/credit was insanely high. Scott was able to help me find a car that suited my needs for an incredible price, even though it isn't a Toyota or Chevrolet, and on top of that, he was able to get me financing at an interest rate less than half of what anyone else was offering me! I was treated fairly and with respect from the time I entered to the time I left, and I felt like the entire process couldn't have gone smoother. Can't thank Scott enough for his professionalism and expertise. I will definitely refer him to anyone I know looking to buy a car. More

Bad service Went to servco waipahu to see if they could look at the spare tire on my Tacoma. The first time there, I arrived at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday 8/28/2 Went to servco waipahu to see if they could look at the spare tire on my Tacoma. The first time there, I arrived at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday 8/28/2017 to make an appointment. I was told no appointment was needed - just come back. I went back this morning at 6:00 a.m. and waited for the Service Dept to open. When the worker got to me, I was told that they will work on engine repairs first , and they have 150 cars to work on. They will work on tires at 3:30 this afternoon. I went back at 3:30 p.m. and was told that IF they can get to it today, it won't be until 5:30 p.m. There was no promise the tire could be repaired today. If Servco doesn't want to work on my tire. I wish they would have just told me so. I WILL NOT go back there again, and I DONT recommend them to anyone. More

Scott Kekumano made us feel welcomed. He was sensitive to our feelings about saying goodbye to our van and introduced us to a vehicle that we would like. He wasn't pushy or trying to over sell us something we wouldn't like. He "genuinely" listened to our needs and wants and found the right car. As a salesman myself, I can tell when someone is trying to make a sale and Scott waneed to help us rather than sell to us. We appreciated the personal thank you note and movie tickets as well. As Scott promised, the very next day, he got all the information I wanted for the van I wanted. He was very patient and straight forward with us.
